If you believe your debit card has been lost or stolen, please gives us a call any time at 1-888-263-3370.
You will need your name as it appears on your card or on your account and indicate Wisdom Heritage Bank as the issuing bank, regardless of which branch you bank from. If you suspect fraud during our normal banking hours, please call your local branch immediately.
Suspicious Transactions
If it is outside of normal banking hours and you need to report fraudulent activity on your account, please call our fraud department at 1-855-961-1602.
They will need your 16-digit card number. The Fraud analyst will not be able to assist you with raising or lowering your debit card limit.
If a fraudulent debit card transaction is suspected on Wisdom Heritage Bank account, you may receive a text from a TRANSFUND Fraud analyst on the Bank's behalf to verify the transaction(s) as yours and will allow you the opportunity to text back a response.
This company is employed by the Bank to help monitor and stop suspicious debit card activity. It is very important to keep your mobile and home phone numbers current with the Bank as these are the numbers that will be used to contact you. You may also call your local branch to assist you with unblocking your card.

What is Card Suite Lite?
Card Suite Lite is a mobile app that allows you to control how, when, and where your debit cards are used. It is a simple and secure way to manage and monitor your payment transaction activity.
How do I get the Card Suite Lite app?
Card Suite Lite is available on both Apple and Android mobile devices. Once the app has successfully downloaded to your mobile device, you can begin the card registration process.
Is there a fee to use the app?
No. It is provided to you at no cost so you can have more control over your card.
What is a real-time alert?
A real-time alert is an immediate push notification sent to the app. You can select to be alerted on all payment transactions, or you can choose just to be alerted for “selected” transactions. Alerts are available by spend limits, location, transaction type and/or merchant category.
How long does it take for a control or alert setting to take effect?
Controls and alerts come into effect immediately after you save your preferences.
What are Alert Preferences?
Alerts let you know every time a card transaction is attempted. You can choose to be alerted for all, or individually selected transactions. Selected alerts are also available by location, transaction type, merchant type, and threshold amount.
What if my smartphone is stolen? How secure is the app?
A password, pin code or your personal biometrics are required to login to the app. Additionally, the app does not store personal information on your mobile device and will only ever display the last four digits of your card number.
